Goal - Every student at South Asheboro Middle School will have a computer at home to use for educational purposes
SAMS - A Mouse in Every House is a new program at South Asheboro Middle School wherein hard-working students (1 per family) who do not have a computer at home can apply for and receive a donated desktop computer (including a mouse, keyboard, CPU, flat-panel monitor, and software) for a suggested donation of $20. Additionally, the computer recipient and a family member will receive training in how to use the computer for educational purposes, as well as "tips and tricks" on how to maintain the computer system.
